at the foot of the mountains is a sprawling field of ice, a ghostly lake frozen over. it is safe to cross because the ice is so thick, but it is thinner in some spots, so be careful. i should also caution you not to get stuck here during a blizzard. the wind will whip you around, the snow will freeze you, and you'll surely die.

just beyond the ice field lay a giant icy cave. enter the cave and walk further and you will find yourself in the majestic catacombs. your voice echoes off the walls, seemingly forever. you can easily get lost in the network of twists and turns, and to make things worse, creatures beyond your imagination supposedly lurk here.

this flat, ever frozen expanse of tundra lies just beyond the ice field. it is home to a few prey items, but just a few. there aren't that many trees, and the only ones there are either dead or fallen over from the weight of the snow. the tundra is a dreary place, but better than getting stuck on the ice field.

much more lively than their northern neighbors, these meadows are full of many species of creatures. broad stretches of forest are located to the north of the meadows, giving weigh to a lake. many herds of elk and deer make their way through here during spring.

a great pine forest full of many types of coniferous trees. this is one of the few places where it doesn't snow constantly, and the temperatures are rather mild. don't be fooled, though. many wolves call this place home, therefore providing constant danger. be on the lookout...

this river, wide and mighty, leads further down south to the land where most wolves fear to tread. yes, the valley of silvsa, home of the guardian demons. the river is also one of the only water sources in the region that isn't completely frozen. the river is known as the river of souls because, during the time of war so long ago, many wolves were drowned here.

deimos, meaning 'terror' in latin, is an apt name for this dark forest. since the valley is untouched by the grip of the endless winter, everything is green and dark and lush. the pine trees have gotten so tall and thick that light is unable to shine through, swallowing the forest in a world of omnipresent darkness. this is where most demons lurk, so be on constant guard unless you want to be killed...

the last stop on the way to the forest ferza, is the labyrinth immortalis. full of mysterious rock formations and crawling with vicious demons, the labyrinth is one terrifying place to be. the plants here are possessed by vengeful gods, ready to kill any wolf who tries to get to the pool. many wolves who go here don't get out alive.

the river of souls gurgles into this lake, this midnight black lake reminiscent of the pool of immortality. this lake does not shimmer, for it is vile. only the demons dare to drink from here. leeches, toads, and snakes all lurk here, so watch your step.

beautiful drooping amaranths sweep this giant field, the immortal flowers act as a harbinger of what's to come. the sun shines, the birds chirp intricate songs, and everything is at peace...what a shame this serenity does not last...

this is the place where immortality rears its ugly head. the bog is a place of black, stinking water and leaches about. only the fiercest of demons can survive here. everything seems to be against the mortal wolf, what with the leeches and the possessed plants and the water that latches onto you like quicksand. but, i urge you to imagine what awaits on the other side of this god forsaken place...

the pool of immortality, the sacred pool, whatever you call it, this is it. hidden deep within the forest, surrounded by rocks are the black waters of immortality. those who drink the water are granted with everlasting life. use this to your advantage, for if an everlasting soul falls into the wrong hands, the entire world could pay dearly. what is the secret to killing an immortal, you may ask? well, that is for me to know and for you to find out.
